Laura Andronescu Managing Director / Senior Trainer

Present on the Romanian HR consultancy market since 1996, Laura interacted    with different companies and helped them identify the right people and the    employees’ development needs. She designed and delivered solutions to cover    those needs ensuring the consistency of the training programs and having as    objective the trainees’ performance increase. Since 1994 Keith has had different sales managerial positions in recruitment and    training companies and for the last 7 years he has dedicated himself exclusively to    training. Alina collaborates with our training division on projects like Management,    Communication, Customer Care, Time Management, Consultative Selling,    Teambuilding, being experienced on those topics since 1999 when she first had    contact with the HR world.    Alina’s training delivery style and her ability to understand participants’ needs help    her cover those needs that come up in the training room, thus being able to answer    different participants’ expectations and being a real learning resource for them.    Alina’s favorite quote: “He, who moves not forward, goes backward”.
